Pack Your Gear
Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and warranty cards to ensure a smooth inspection process.
Label and Ship
Securely box the packaged item, attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronics, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
